Attendee App
Attendees scan a QR code and add your icon to their home screen. No app store, no install, no update to chase, and it caches itself for weak venue wifi.

Badges & Check-In
Every registration emails a QR ticket. At the door, volunteers with a passcode check people in by name or camera scan on their own phones, and the roster you sold is the roster you print.

Hotels & Rooming

Speakers & Sponsors
Open applications and a return portal let speakers keep their own listing current, and sponsors and exhibitors get a private portal from their registration. Nothing appears on your site until you approve it, and an approved speaker lands on the wall and every session instantly.
Speaker self-service and open applications come with every plan. Emailed invitations and the Call for Proposals are Web/Mobile and above; a trial gets a taste of both. The sponsor portal comes with registration. See it on the home page
